All customers must be of legal age. All products sold by Make It Kinky are for Novelty Use Only. Incorrect use of products may incur health hazards. We do not recommend solo use for any of our products. We assume no responsibility as to any possible outcome of their ultimate use or misuse.

Returns Policy
Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Please make sure you order the correct size. We are here to help if you need advice on sizing.
Items that are found defective from production can be exchanged. Contact us for exchange instructions. We will require the item to be shipped back to us in its original condition.
If your order / shipment is returned to us for reasons outside of our control, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Alabama, USA, via USPS unless an alternative method is purchased or USPS is not available for your delivery address.
Please allow up to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Any orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes, envelopes or postal bags, with the shipper listed as "MIK Products". Charges on your card will appear as: "MIK Products". If required and for privacy reasons the contents will be marked as clothing.
All orders are shipped whole, meaning if you order a product we hold in stock along with a product that is made to order we will ship once the order is complete. If you wish to have stock items delivered quickly please order separately. Made to order items can take up to 35 days.
Delivery Time
MIK cannot guarantee shipping times quoted by the carrier. Any delays in receiving your order due to weather conditions or other natural causes are outside of our control.
Orders shipped to the western United States typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern United States typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
International orders should arrive within 10-14 business days.
Please note, made to order products or products we do not hold in stock may take longer. Please see the product page for any extra processing times.
Cancellations
Cancellations may incur a 20% restocking fee. This depends on how long after the order has been placed and is at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any errors on the website or if the reward system is abused.

Item Variations
Items may have slight variations in design and/or materials. Most of our clothing items are hand made in the UK with materials sourced from manufacturers in various batches. Each batch of material may vary slightly from the previous batch and that is the natural process of manufacturing raw PVC and latex. We cannot guarantee 2 items of the same design, and/or material, to be 100% exact.
