Latex rubber briefs with internal medium size inflatable plug at rear, and internal large size inflatable plug at front. Please note image shows two bulb pumps however this item is now supplied with single black bulb pump which inflates both plugs at the same time. Medium size plug, code X408, is 13.5cm long and 12cm in girth non-inflated. Large size plug, code X407, is 17.5cm long and 14cm in girth non-inflated.
