This is our popular full length Cape in extra thick, rubbery PVC Semi Transparent NAT13 material. Unfortunately. these capes are not up to our high standards and although they are still very nice, you may find some poor sewing and some turnbacks the wrong way - hence the lower price. No return on this product.
