This is our popular full length Raincoat in the four extra thick, rubbery PVC materials in Black, Green, Blue and semi transparent. Unfortunately these Raincoats are not up to our high standards and although they are still very nice you may find some poor sewing and some turnbacks the wrong way so hence the lower price. No returns on this product.
