This classic Ladies Double breasted pattern uses a more shaped and close fitting top joined at the waist to a more flowing skirt, consequently you have a very voluminous flowing raincoat. This double breasted raincoat has eight welded PVC buttons, attached collar, two internal side pockets, belt loops and matching tie belt.
